MONTE MARIPOSA
Monte Mariposa is a residential Retreat Centre in the heart of the Algarve.
The Centre is located in a beautiful valley which creates a supportive environment for what we offer.
The facilities are simple, functional, and comfortable.
Monte Mariposa has 2 parts: The main building, built in the 1990’s was designed to maximise the use of natural light and can accommodate 34 people. An independent infrastructure has been created in our valley. Wooden cabins are built around a Thai-style workspace and outdoor-kitchen plus outdoor workspaces, a swimming pool and a sweat lodge to complete the valley complex. 24 people can be accommodated.
Both these parts can be used individually or combined together and in total we can offer a wide range of different kinds of accommodation and workspaces. Monte Mariposa is nestled in a beautiful and tranquil environment, creating a harmonious and supportive atmosphere.

The Main House: (Fire and Air Module)
In the main house, there is aircon heating in each room and fire places.
There are 3 private rooms,also suitable for couples, 6 shared rooms and 2 dorms.
Sharing a room will be maxing with 1 person. There are 5 bathrooms and showers.
The Valley: (Earth and Water Module)
The Valley is providing us with 13 Bungalows, a beautiful kitchen and eating area, a big shala and shared bathrooms and toilets.
The bungalows have 2 beds and can also be booked for private use.
Costs for Accommodation & Food for EARTH Module:
Including food (organic vegetarian meals) and accommodation for the entire stay of 10 days.
Camping: 500.- € for 10 days
Shared: 700.- € for 10 days
Private: 950.- € for 10 days
Costs for Accommodation & Food for WATER, FIRE, AIR Module:
Including food (organic vegetarian meals) and accommodation for the entire stay of 7 days.
Camping: 380.- € for 7 days
Shared: 520.- € for 7 days
Private: 700.- € for 7 days
