Casa Colab

Casa Colab is a stunning retreat centre in Meco, Sesimbra

Casa Colab is a spacious retreat property set within the Portuguese landscape, around 45 minutes from Lisbon and the airport, and close to the ocean.

The venue includes a main house and separate casitas, offering a balance between shared living and private space. The main house opens to a 180-degree sea view, creating a strong sense of light, openness, and connection to the surroundings.

The land is expansive, with a swimming pool, gardens, and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas, including fire pits and a dedicated dome for practice. There is a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing for both gathering and quiet retreat.

The atmosphere is calm, refined, and spacious, with a quality that feels both grounded and quietly luxurious.

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” ― Albert Einstein
