Supervision
Supervision
Supervision is an essential part of becoming a confident, ethical, and embodied practitioner.
While training provides knowledge and tools, supervision is where that learning comes to life through reflection, guidance, and real-world application.
Working with clients naturally brings questions, challenges, blind spots, and moments of uncertainty. Supervision offers a safe and supportive space to explore these experiences, receive feedback, and deepen your understanding of both your clients and yourself.
Rather than focusing on finding the “right” answers, supervision encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and continued growth. It helps you strengthen your presence, refine your skills, maintain healthy professional boundaries, and approach your work with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether you choose an individual or group supervision session, each meeting is an opportunity to integrate your learning, expand your capacity as a practitioner, and be supported on your journey.
It is an investment in your ongoing development and in the quality of care you offer the people you work with.
